The short version: this site collects nothing about you.
What this site collects
Nothing. timeinusa.net sets no cookies, runs no analytics, shows no ads, embeds no third-party content, and stores no personal data — not in your browser and not on a server.
Every page is a static file. Every clock, sunrise time, and time difference is computed by a small script running entirely on your device, using your browser's built-in time zone database and your device clock, as described on the about page. Nothing you view, click, or type here is transmitted anywhere.
Server requests
Like any website, delivering these files means your browser sends ordinary HTTP requests to the hosting provider, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and requested URL) for security and operations. This site adds no identifiers to those requests, does not use such logs to identify visitors, and receives no tracking data from them.
If you write to contact@timeinusa.net, your email address and message are used only to reply to you. They are never sold, shared, or added to any mailing list. See the contact page for what to include.
